Remote Support has been around for many years. Thankfully, today we have many residents have high speed internet, the software is extremely stable and affordable and will even work on dialup. Many people who work on computers all day are already familiar with remote support through their help desk "taking over" their computers while they fix a problem. About 99% of the time the problems that you may encounter are software related and not hardware related. If by some small chance that it is determined that something like your hard drive is dying, we will not charge you, that's "Our Promise to You."

While we are working on adding affiliates it is a very tedious process to find companies that believe in the same philosophies of plain-speak and trust. If on-site service is not feasible we will find a reputable source to help you at no charge to you.

How it Works:

 

  1. Call or email to set an appointment to talk to a technician.
  2. We call you at your scheduled time and direct you to click on our Remote Support Link
  3. It will download a file to your computer. You just have to click "open". After entering in some information about yourself (name and email address) it will allow our computer to see your computer.
  4. We will be able to view and move your mouse for you to determine the problem. Once the problem is resolved we will disconnect from your computer.
  5. The file that you downloaded will AUTOMATICALLY delete itself after the session is concluded.
  6. An invoice can be either emailed to you or we can take a credit card over the phone. Credit cards and paypal are accepted.
