These directions were posted by “Arnie” in the comments saction of www.withinwindows.com They work great! Especially since the Microsoft Tool was pulled and didn’t work for me anyways. An other way to create a bootable USB drive to install W7 from is: Just a quick blurb to say that I have had my laptop in sleep mode for 8 days. Battery was STILL at 89% when I turned it on today. If this was Vista, it would have died in 2 days maximum. Hopefully Microsoft keeps up the good work. |
